Returns

You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery at GYMREBEL INC

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number.

Returns without prior contact may not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and full return instructions.

Certain items like personalized products, hygiene items, and sale items are non-returnable.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non‑refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
GYMREBEL Exchange Policy
At GYMREBEL, customer satisfaction is our priority.
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
- Exchanges are allowed for size or color of the same product (subject to availability).
- Final sale items, gift cards, and worn products are not eligible for exchange.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- If your requested size or color is unavailable, store credit or a refund will be offered.
- To request an exchange, contact us or email at info@gymrebel.fitness with your order number.
GYMREBEL reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
